The Employment Department of Haryana has launched the Saksham YUVA Scheme to support unemployed candidates with allowances and job opportunities. This initiative targets unemployed individuals who have completed Intermediate (10+2), Graduate, or Post Graduate courses through regular education. Below are the details on eligibility, registration, and benefits under this scheme.


Key Details of Saksham YUVA Scheme

Eligibility Criteria

  • Age Limit: 18 to 35 years
  • Family Income: Less than or equal to ₹3 Lakhs per annum
  • Employment Status: No government-employed members in the family

Note: If you are a regular student enrolled in college, university, or school, you are not eligible to apply for this scheme.


Who Can Apply?

The Saksham YUVA Scheme is aimed at unemployed youth in Haryana who meet the following qualifications:

  • 12th Pass Unemployed Youth: Eligible for a monthly allowance of ₹900.
  • Graduate Degree Holders: Eligible for a monthly allowance of ₹1,500.
  • Post Graduate Degree Holders: Eligible for a monthly allowance of ₹3,000.

Once employed under this scheme, beneficiaries will receive monthly salaries as follows:

  • 12th Pass: ₹6,900 per month
  • Graduate: ₹7,500 per month
  • Post Graduate: ₹9,000 per month

Qualification Requirements

  1. Intermediate (10+2): Must have passed from a recognized regular board.
  2. Graduate: Bachelor’s degree in any stream from a recognized regular university or institution.
  3. Post Graduate: Master’s degree in any stream from a recognized regular university or institution.

Allowances Before Employment

  • Intermediate (10+2): ₹900 per month
  • Graduate: ₹1,500 per month
  • Post Graduate: ₹3,000 per month

Allowances After Employment via Saksham Scheme

  • Intermediate (10+2): ₹6,900 per month

Application Process

Step 1: Register for Employment Identity Card

  • Visit the Employment Department Portal at hrex.gov.in.
  • Submit original documents and the filled online application form to the district employment exchange department.
  • The department will review and approve your application, issuing a Photo ID card.

Step 2: Apply for Saksham YUVA Scheme

  • Register at hreyahs.gov.in for the Saksham YUVA Scheme.
  • After registration, log in to the Saksham YUVA Portal.
  • Complete the application form by entering your Family ID and submitting the OTP.
  • Ensure that your details in the Family ID (PPP) match your educational qualifications (Senior Secondary, Graduate, Post Graduate). Incorrect details may result in rejection.

Submit the final form to your district’s employment department after fulfilling all the requirements.

  • Ensure that your Family ID is up-to-date and reflects the correct educational qualifications and employment status.
  • Family occupation must be listed as unemployed in the Family ID before submitting your application.
